What’s SoGood, SoulGood with ya’ ?!

If you are like me, your emotions are showing up like crayon scribbles on a blank page.

When I settle down and breathe and allow myself to feel the emotions, I can begin to make sense of the scribbles (or at least understand that I don’t yet understand my emotions). This is when I pick up the crayon or pencil or pen (not the computer keyboard) and allow my scribbles of emotions to become words, phrases, questions and affirmations.

We all live in community. Sometimes this community overrides the community – the communion that we must have with ourselves. In the midst of events swirling around us, in front of us, with us and because of us, we need to stop and consider what we need. What we want to breathe in and breathe out.

Join me to put pen to paper as we explore the ways in which we are in community with ourselves. During this writing lab, you will have an opportunity to be in community with others AND with yourself. Let’s put into the atmosphere what brings us joy as we reflect, write and share our So Good Soul Good story of healing, happiness and hope.
